Newborn photography in our hospital

At Confraternität & Goldenes Kreuz Private Hospital we work exclusively with the professional photographers from “Endlich da” (“Here at last”), who specialize in photographing newborn babies, and will capture the unforgettable first moments in your room.

The best image is given to you free of charge, with your baby’s footprint card. If you wish, this photo can be published on our New Arrivals gallery page. These specialist photographers have created three customized packages for our hospital. For details, see the pricelist, which can be obtained from the photographers.

If your water breaks – after consulting your gynecologist – and you need to be transported to our hospital by medical transport, you can call the following numbers:

Baby seat rental service – Keep your baby safe right from the very first trip home

The Austrian Automobile Association (ÖAMTC) provides baby seats to Confraternität & Goldenes Kreuz Private Hospital which can be rented out to parents for the first year of the baby’s life.

Details

The BeSafe Go Beyond is the latest infant car seat, designed for safety, flexibility, and comfort. It offers simple installation options –ISOfix or seat belt –and innovative features such as user-friendly operation, enhanced head protection (Dynamic Force Absorber™), and a peekaboo sun canopy.

Newborns in particular receive better support thanks to special cushion inserts. If desired, the matching BeSafe Beyond Base can be rented directly from an ÖAMTC assistance center of your choice.

Terms of rental for child seats in Group 0+
The rental fee for 12 months is just € 69. When you collect your child seat, you will be required to pay deposit of € 199: at Confraternität & Goldenes Kreuz you sign a completed rental contract and you will then receive an invoice and payment slip from ÖAMTC.

Providing you return the seat in a clean condition the deposit is repaid to you, less the rental fee. If the seat is damaged or dirty, you will be charged for repair or cleaning, up to a maximum amount equivalent to the purchase price. Seriously damaged or dirty seats – in the judgment of the ÖAMTC sales representative – cannot be returned.
