Registering for a delivery
We appreciate your interest in giving birth at our hospital! You can register online to give birth at our obstetrics department by using the form below.
This registration is not binding! There are no consequences if you end up not giving birth at our hospital. Nor is there any need to “de-register.”
IMPORTANT: Please complete the necessary forms in advance, and bring them with you (completed) on the day you are admitted to Confraternität & Goldenes Kreuz Private Hospital. Thank you.
Once the online form has been sent, the data entered by you appears on the screen once again for you to print or download as a PDF and save for your records.
You will also receive a confirmation by email containing further information, if you choose this option in the online form.
