All our rooms are bright and wel­coming, and decorated in a harmonious color palette. After all, we want you to feel com­fortable here! We have single and double rooms, and family/deluxe rooms. We will do our best to meet your accommo­dation pre­ferences wherever possible.

Amenities

To ensure that your stay is as comfor­table as possible, all rooms have a high standard of ameni­ties, in­cluding: Cable TV with remote control, free broad­band internet access, radio, safe, refrigerator, climate control, and tele­phone.

Nightwear, hand towels and bath towels are also provided in your room, as is a hair­dryer and personal hygiene items. If you are being admitted for child­birth, you will also be provided with clothing and linen for your new­born during your stay with us.

If you have been admitted at short notice, or if there is any­thing you have for­gotten to bring from home, just have a quiet word with the ward staff. We will be happy to help with slippers, bath­robe, tooth­brush, sleeping mask, etc.

Bathrobe and hairdryer

It is not necessary for you to bring a bathrobe and hairdryer from your home for your stay in our clinic. A bathrobe is provided in your room. In the bathroom, you will also find a hairdryer. If you need a transportable hairdryer, e.g. in the case of strict bed rest, please contact a nurse.

Valuables

We hope you will understand that Confraternität & Goldenes Kreuz Private Hospital cannot be held responsible for valuables or cash.

You have the option of locking any valuable personal items in the safe box in your room (maximum insurance value up to 1,000 EUR), or making use of the safe in our admissions office (maximum insurance value up to 3,000 EUR). The cupboard in your room is also lockable. If you are going to be away from your room for an extended period, it is advisable to hand the key for your cupboard to our care team for safekeeping.
